Job Overview

We seek a passionate and results-driven Business Development Specialist to drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, design growth strategies, and enhance revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, prospect follow-ups, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and internal teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze market feedback, and generate actionable reports to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years in business development, sales, or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or cross-industry talent are welcome.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Core Competencies:

– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.

– Strong analytical skills to translate market data into actionable strategies.

– Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
