Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies within NEOM communities while leveraging design skills to create compelling visual content.

Enhance brand presence and engagement across various digital channels. In addition, the Specialist shall ensure managing the design of all type of communications for NEOM Communities through its communication channels.

Key Accountabilities And Activities

  • Digital Strategy Development: Support in formulating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media .
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms .
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to drive improvements .
  • Content Creation: Collaborate on content strategy and produce engaging written and visual content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, IT, creative) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for ideating, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that promote digital products or services via online channels.
  • Creating and scheduling posts.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns.
  • Updating website and mobile app content using content management systems.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
  • Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Preparing power point presentations as required by the operations.
  • Support all departments and sections within Community and Corporate Services as deemed necessary by the operations and the leadership.
  • Perform all other related duties as requested.

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

  • 2+ years in digital marketing roles with a strong background in graphic design.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) alongside digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Creative Thinking: Strong ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that engage customers visually and emotionally.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office: Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Point and other Microsoft office applications.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or graphic design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Additional attendance, or course completion, certification in digital marketing, graphic designing, UI/UX is preferred.
