Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and layout of solar PV systems.
• Conduct site assessments and gather data for project planning.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop technical specifications and proposals.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including design calculations and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting of existing systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in solar technology and design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in solar design or related technical fields.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVsol, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with solar industry standards and regulations.
