🔑 About the Role

We’re looking for aSales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the solar energy sector.

You’ll combine technical expertise with consultative sales skills to promote, design, and sell tailored solar solutions — ensuring customer satisfaction from the first meeting to post-installation.

⚡ Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities

✔ Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

✔ Develop customized technical + commercial proposals

✔ Support solution design (site conditions, load requirements)

✔ Represent Agrisolar at events and exhibitions

✔ Collaborate with internal teams for project execution

✔ Provide after-sales follow-up and support

🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related

• Strong knowledge ofsolar PV systems and components

• Excellent communication + consultative sales skills
