Job Purpose:

To supervise and execute electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, power, cabling, fire alarm, ELV, and emergency systems.
• Ensure work execution is aligned with project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and local authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA).
• Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to avoid site conflicts and delays.
• Review shop drawings and technical submittals before implementation.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and report discrepancies.
• Raise inspection requests (IRs), material inspection requests (MIRs), and follow up on approvals.
• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and manpower records.
• Ensure safety compliance and risk mitigation at site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in MEP contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Knowledge of DEWA/SEWA/ADDC electrical regulations.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and site-level coordination.
