Our business is driven by market penetration, long-term contracts, and recurring revenue models. We are building a sales-led organization to dominate the EV charging ecosystem in the UAE and beyond.

2- Position Summary

This is a front-line, revenue-driven sales role.

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for originating, owning, and closing business across the EV charging value chain.

This role is not for a back-office engineer or passive account handler. It is for a closer — someone with a strong appetite for commission, resilience to rejection, and the discipline to build a robust sales pipeline.

Success in this role is measured by the number of orders booked.

3- Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (Core Accountability)

· Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

· Aggressively identify and penetrate new business opportunities across:

  • · Residential communities & towers
  • · Hotels & hospitality
  • · Offices & commercial buildings
  • · Developers, fleet operators, and government entities

· Build and maintain a healthy, high-velocity sales pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly order-intake targets.

· Consistently meet or exceed the order-intake matrix “Volume and its Margin”.

· Position FYSH as the preferred EV charging partner, not just a hardware supplier.

Customer Engagement & Market Coverage

· Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

· Understand customer pain points and convert them into commercial opportunities.

Technical & Solution Awareness (Sales-Oriented)

· Maintain a working knowledge of EV charging systems, charging modes, and deployment models — sufficient to sell, not to design.

· Translate technical features into commercial benefits and business outcomes.

· Coordinate internally with the proposal team to ensure solution feasibility and timely submissions.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning

· Continuously map the market, competitors, and pricing benchmarks.

· Provide structured feedback to management to support go-to-market and pricing strategies.

4- Qualification & Profile Requirements

Education & Background

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field.

(Engineering degree is not mandatory.)

· Frish Graduate or 2 years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:

· EV charging

· Power/energy solutions

· Infrastructure, real estate, or technical services

Sales DNA & Core Competencies (Non-Negotiable)

· Strong hunger for commission and performance-based earnings

· High energy, self-driven, and target-obsessed mindset

· Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and rejection

· Commercial acumen with the ability to sell value, not discounts

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

Additional Requirements

· Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage

· Valid UAE driving license

· Willingness to travel across the UAE for customer meetings and site visits
