About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with end-users, offtakers, government entities, consultants, developers, and EPCs
2. Act as the main commercial and technical point of contact for key accounts in the region
3. Support customers by positioning and explaining Sungrow’s PV and BESS solutions, from early project stages through tendering and award
4. Help customers and partners understand and apply Sungrow technologies in utility-scale projects
5. Identify market opportunities and develop long-term strategies for assigned countries and accounts
6.Work closely with internal technical, service, and HQ teams to ensure smooth project development and delivery
7. Stay close to the market by tracking regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitor activity
8. Represent Sungrow in meetings, events, and industry discussions across the region
Degree: Background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Skills & Requirements:

3. Ability to combine technical understanding with commercial thinking
4. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
5. Experience in technical sales and solution-based selling
6. Clear, structured, and confident presenter of complex technologies
7. Technical & Educational Background
8. Solid understanding of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
9. Familiar with grid integration, grid codes, and utility project requirements
Experience:
5–7+ years of experience in the Solar PV and/or BESS industry
Hands-on experience with utility-scale projects
Experience working with developers, EPCs, consultants, utilities, or government entities
Experience in the Middle East and Africa markets is strongly preferred
Nice-to-have:
Arabic – English /Chinese is Plus
