CARBON CREDIT SALES SPECIALIST

Location- Morocco

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Carbon Credit Sales Specialist to drive the commercialization of our nature-based carbon credits. This role will be crucial in developing and executing sales strategies while building strong relationships with corporate buyers and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for carbon credits
  • Work closely with the head of sustainable business and group head of carbon markets to develop commercial roadmap and client offerings
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets for carbon credits
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for carbon offsetting requirements
  • Conduct client presentations, negotiations and contract preparations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee the sales process to build effective sales operations and improve processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams on external events, product information and marketing materials

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-5 years experience in consulting or sales, preferably with some experience in sustainability or carbon markets
  • Familiarity with market trends and methodologies in voluntary carbon markets
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Entrepreneurial with an ability to work independently and drive the commercial strategy in a fast-growing business
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
