MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Assist in daily treasury operations efficiently and effectively, which contributes to achieving department objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient, effective, and timely payment processes (through E-payment ACH or cheques, wire transfers).
• Reviewing the ERP payment step for cheques. Internal transfers and external transfers.
• Reviewing and approving the required entries.
• Timely acknowledgment and recording of project collections.
• Sharing in bank reconciliation monthly to ensure the fairness of the presentation of financial statements.
• Reviewing the recording of that bank expense, interest, and revenue, it is calculated properly.
• Ensure complete documentation of treasury entries (hard copy)
• Making the required treasury accounts analysis.
• Ensures accurate archiving of bank statements and other bank correspondence.
• Ensures efficient payment cycle for trade finance issues (CAD, LC, LGs )
• Review the required bank forms ( LC opening , collection of documents , …)
• Assist in the preparation of the weekly cash position.
• Assist in updating treasury express balances
• Coordinating with banks to finalize pending issues, and escalating the problems to the treasury manager.
• Following and controlling all treasury operations for projects outside Egypt
• Reviewing incoming letters
• Cash flow analysis.
• Controlling and managing cashbox operations.

Job Requirement:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce

Related Field Experience: +4 years of experience in the treasury field in a reputable company.

Overall Experience: +4 years of experience in the treasury field
