Arab Consulting Office ACO is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Solar Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

– Identify & develop new business opportunities in the Solar Energy sector.

– Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, developers & key stakeholders.

– Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

– Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations & training sessions for clients.

– Negotiate contracts & close deals in compliance with company/industry regulations.

2. Technical Expertise & Support:

– Provide expert advice on solar plant design, installation & commissioning.

– Address technical inquiries from clients & offer customized solar solutions.

– Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies & regulatory requirements.

3. Project & Customer Management:

– Support customers throughout the project lifestyle.

– Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues.

– Conduct site visits & assessments.

4. Market Research & Strategy:

– Analyze market trends, competitor activity & customer needs to refine sales strategies.

– Collaborate with marketing teams.

– Provide insights & recommendations to enhance product offering.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

– Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales within the solar energy industry.

– Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in solar PV systems.

– Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions.

– Familiarity with solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) and financial modeling.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Willingness to travel as needed.
