Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee grid-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects from inception to completion.

Ensure projects align with technical, commercial, and quality standards.

Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.

Demonstrated experience managing at least one project of a scale larger than 200 MW.

Strong technical and commercial knowledge of grid-scale BESS projects, including design, process, configurations, optimizations, CAPEX, OPEX, LEC, and performance metrics.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the BESS sector.
