REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY

The Senior Engineer – Utilities SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain a full understanding of the NEOM utility assets MEP systems and plant.
• Maintain a full understanding of the operation and maintenance needs of the utilities MEP Assets.
• Maintain a full understanding of the agreed SLA & KPIs to be delivered by contracted Service Partners.
• Undertake daily monitoring and reporting of related contracted Service Partners activities.
• Provide advice and guidance to related contracted Service Partners.
• Support the Utilities & Facilities Maintenance management in analyzing Service Partner Performance.
• Report on Service Partner non-compliances in service delivery, service standards and health & safety.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related MEP O&M.
• Knowledge and experience in Power Generation – SEC network, Diesel Generators, Renewables.
• Ideal experience in central utilities – Electrical and/or mechanical Systems

Qualifications

Minimum an Engineering Bachelors’ degree.
