Duties & Responsibilities:

Study the assigned portion/system/division of the Tender if complete and feasible to start the bid study with and reports (review project specifications and Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced).
Check the completion of tender documents.
Prepare and dispatch/follow inquiries (RFQs) to suppliers/sub-contractors to solve Tender Documents ambiguities if needed.
Communicate/negotiate with suppliers/sub-contractors, receive offers, and compare the offers technically and commercially to select the best offer.
Prepare Technical Proposal for assigned portion and reports.
Participate in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the section.
Prepare itemized lists, detailing all the materials necessary for the bid to fully comply with the specification.
Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, schematic drawings, and specifications using current quotations, and historical information for the assigned portion of the study for final approval.

General Requirements & Qualifications:

BSC Of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
3+ years in the same field with relevant experience in ” Mega Projects”.
Very good command of the English language.
Familiar with industry standards and codes.
Having a good level of understanding of static analysis, strength of materials, and structural analysis.
knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
