Elum technology allows for simple and optimized operations of rooftop solar plants or utility scale ground PV plants coupled or not with energy storage systems (batteries) and in some cases with existing thermal generation units (diesel generators).

Our reference customers are constructors (EPCs) and operators (IPPs) of solar power plants and/or energy producers such as TOTAL, ENGIE, GreenYellow, SolarCentury…

As part of our continued growth and the increasing number of projects, we’re seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to reinforce our operations team—particularly during remote commissioning phases and throughout the project lifecycle.

In a dynamic and fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining communication drivers
• Supporting solution deployment and integration with clients
• Managing client accounts and delivering ongoing technical support
• Pre-configuring controllers and visualization interfaces

Preferred Experience

• Master’s degree from an engineering school
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of IP and Modbus communication protocols
• Solid background working with SCADA systems
• Hands-on experience in photovoltaic power plants
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality
• Willing and able to travel internationally
