Key Responsibilities:

Ø Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data related to equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules.

Ø Support the team in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis

Ø Help identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the operations and maintenance functions.

Ø Preparing & Maintaining records of Operation &maintenance, meter readings, equipment warranty, inspections, and repairs.

Ø Work closely with the O&M team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of maintenance activities and performance metrics.

Ø Assist in preparing schedule for preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance with the available resource

Ø Comprehensive Documentation on all site related data in terms of preparing incident report, Maintaining all logs

Ø Tracking and monitoring solar PV system on solar portals

Ø Vendor management by coordinating with suppliers, contractors, service providers

Ø Support the O&M team in performing routine inspections, site inspections

Learning Objectives:

Requirements

Qualifications &Skills

Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering, -Electrical, Renewable energy

Ø Basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

Ø Strong interest in operations, maintenance, and data analytics.

Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Ability to work with large datasets and present insights clearly.

Ø Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
