ILF Consulting Engineers Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Manager (Renewable Energy) to lead and manage energy sector projects. The role includes:

• Overseeing project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Acting as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and financial success.
• Monitoring costs, schedules, and implementing change management as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with industry best practices and ILF standards.

Job requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
• 8-10 years of experience in renewable energy projects, including feasibility studies and system engineering.
• Strong project management skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia if not already based there.
