Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Department: Commercial

Function: Business Development

Reports to: Business Development Section Head

Location: New Cairo

Scope: Industrial Development · Real Estate Development · Infrastructure Projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new client prospects, opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Generate, evaluate, and qualify leads aligned with the company’s offerings.
  • Support outreach efforts by coordinating meetings, presentations, and site tours with potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, pitch materials, and client briefing documents.
  • Maintain and update investor and stakeholder databases, ensuring thorough follow-up and engagement.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries while maintaining strong and professional communication.
  • Monitor business development KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Project teams to support targeted campaigns and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research, client feedback, and market interactions to support strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Political Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, market research, investor relations, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
