About the job

Lead and manage the Solar Department, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality teams.
Develop and execute the solar business strategy aligned with GREENER’s growth objectives.
Oversee system design, engineering reviews, and technical standards for rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport solar PV systems.
Ensure compliance with local and international standards, utility requirements, and safety regulations.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of solar PV EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee project planning, risk management, construction supervision, commissioning, and handover.
Support the business development team with technical inputs, feasibility studies, and tender responses.
Review and manage EPC contracts, change orders, claims, and variations.
Lead supplier and subcontractor selection, evaluation, and performance management.
Optimize procurement strategies for modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance of system components.
Enforce strict HSE standards across all project sites.
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control systems.
Strong knowledge of PV system design, grid integration, protection systems, and performance
