Reports To: PV Engineer (O&M)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated PV Site Technician (O&M) to support the daily on-site operations and maintenance of the PV Plant. The role is instrumental in ensuring efficient plant functioning and technical support to the PV Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative and corrective electro-mechanical maintenance tasks daily.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues related to PV plant systems.

• Ensure all equipment and systems operate at best-in-class performance levels.

• Assist the PV Engineer in day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks.

• Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc technical reports as required.

• Uphold excellent professional conduct and safety standards.

• Internal: PV Engineer (O&M), Plant Manager, Deputy Plant Manager

• External: Contractors

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

• Proven track record in electro-mechanical works.

Key Skills and Expertise:

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical design and troubleshooting.

• HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) awareness.

• Effective communication skills in English.

• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
