Role Purpose: The HSE Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality health, safety, and environmental training to employees, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

• A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Train the Trainer Certificate.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental roles, with a strong focus on training and development.
• Previous experience in designing and delivering HSE training programs, workshops, and courses.
• Knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the oil and gas sector.
