About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Market Development Manager to join our Renewable Energy Division at Stellar Process Solutions, a leading industrial and energy solutions provider in Oman.
You will be responsible for driving growth, managing key accounts, and developing business opportunities across the solar and renewable sectors.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead sales and marketing efforts for solar and renewable energy projects in Oman
· Promote a portfolio of engineering solutions and equipment
· Identify new market segments and generate qualified leads
· Prepare and execute market development strategies
· Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions
· Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
· Minimum 5 years of experience in solar energy, renewables, or industrial sales
· Strong understanding of Oman’s renewable energy market
· Proven ability to achieve targets and develop market presence
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
