Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate contracts. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, generate sales strategies, and identify emerging markets for company growth. Managing client pipelines, preparing presentations, and attending industry-related events are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills, with experience in client management and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or similar technical industries is highly preferred, including understanding of solar, storage, or energy technology sectors.
  • Proficiency in market research, including identifying trends and developing strategies for business growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to align client needs with company offerings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
