MEP Manager – Renewables Energy Project

📍 Location: Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia

Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy and sustainable water solutions. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Safety Training Manager to be a part of our transformative project in Tabuk Region.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end MEP scope for the project including Supervising Sub-contractors for installation, testing, and commissioning & Handover to Client.

2. Ensure HSE Compliance.

3. Internal Interface with civil, Electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

4. Ensure adherence to client specifications.

5. Plan, Monitor & Enforce Timely Schedule by proper coordination with all stakeholders, subcontractors & their resources for efficient execution.

6. Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce HSE standards across all MEP activities.

7. Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and manage variations related to MEP works.

8. Liaise with consultants, clients, and vendors for approvals and technical clarifications.

8.Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs. This involves assessing learner knowledge retention and, critically, observing changes in workplace behavior and safety performance.

9. Maintain accurate, detailed records and documentation of all training activities, employee certifications, qualifications, and attendance for compliance auditing purposes.

10. Gather feedback from trainees, supervisors, and HSE field personnel to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods for maximum engagement and impact.

✅ Required Experience:

– Minimum 12+ years of experience in Construction or Oli & Gas industry

– Strong knowledge of pumps, blowers, HVAC systems, electrical panels, cabling, and plumbing networks in treatment plants.

– Familiarity with SCADA, MCC, and PLC integration.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

– Transferrable iqama preferred
