Corporate Sales Manager – Solar Solutions
KBE Int. is seeking a proactive and self-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across the solar PV sector, focusing on contractors, EPCs, and developers. This role is designed for a professional capable of managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to client meetings and deal closure — independently and confidently. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with commercial acumen to grow strategic B2B relationships and secure business in retail and commercial-scale .
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify, target, and engage corporate clients such as EPC contractors, solar developers, and construction firms.
• Conduct independent client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote our product portfolio and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Sales Development & Deal Closure :
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Prepare and present customized BOQs, quotations, and datasheets tailored to project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Conduct ongoing research to track regional solar projects, competitors, and upcoming tenders.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, pricing structures, and project timelines in the GCC market.
• Provide feedback to management for product and service improvements based on client input and market conditions.
Reporting & CRM Management:
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, proposals, and follow-ups through CRM software.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline status, wins/losses, and strategic insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Renewable Energy-related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in solar PV, construction materials, or energy-related solutions.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently and close deals in a technical sales environment.
• Strong technical understanding of solar components, especially PV modules, mounting structures, and BOS (Balance of System) is a strong advantage.
