About the job
Major responsibilities
- Develop, update and implement the assigned region`s sales target and sales strategy and be capable to execute in line with the HQ sales plan
- Establish and develop business relationships with potential & new customers, expand sales coverage in the assigned region and provide strong service to the new and existing accounts.
- Negotiation and follow up of contracts. Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts. Timely communications with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments. Coordinate with Sales Support to ensure order fulfilment.
- Work with clients to bid local PV Projects, supplying JA Solar modules.
- Identify, establish and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and company’s organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.
- Maintain close relationship and communication with clients to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and indentify new business opportunities.
- Promote JA brand and organize marketing events in assigned region. Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.
- Manage & work closely with local governmental entities to ensure JA modules are approved in their vendor list as required.
- Coordinate and accompany the customer visit or factory visit if required; Travel to Egypt for customer visit if required.
