How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop strong client relationships and identifying business opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies defined by the sales team and management, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Understand decision-makers at all levels within customer organizations to effectively support their needs and drive sales.
• Promote new business models, decarbonization initiatives, and digital solutions related to rotating equipment and power plants.
• Ensure all activities align with the company’s compliance and business conduct policies while leading customer negotiations and managing the internal Limits of Authority process.
• Lead the sales project team and be accountable for achieving Order Entry and profit targets.

What You Bring

• You have an Engineering degree or a similar qualification
• You can work in an international environment, you have excellent communication skills and speak English and Arabic
• You can understand customer requirements and can communicate these effectively within the Siemens Energy organization
• You have good negotiation skills with the ability to manage internal and external stake holders positively

About The Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
