About the Role:

This crucial role focuses on ensuring the successful execution and optimal performance of our Solar PV projects. You will be the go-to technical expert for on-site supervision, commissioning, and post-installation support, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site installation and commissioning of Solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid), ensuring compliance with designs, standards, and safety protocols.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients for installed Solar PV systems, both remotely and on-site.
• Prepare a procurement plan for the project.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to resolve any technical issues arising during installation or operation.
• Perform system diagnostics, fault analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures using relevant tools (e.g., PV Seaward 200, Fluke).
• Prepare technical reports, site visit summaries, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Assist in the development and improvement of installation procedures and quality control checklists.
• Provide training to clients or end-users on system operation and basic maintenance.
• Liaise with the engineering team to provide feedback for design improvements based on site experiences.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of service and support

Utilize relevant software tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp, monitoring platforms).

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Speak Arabic and English fluently.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the supervision of Solar PV project installations, commissioning, and technical support/maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including modules, inverters, mounting structures, monitoring systems, and associated electrical components.
• Familiarity with relevant KSA electrical codes, safety standards, and grid interconnection regulations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Solar PV systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across KSA as required.

Desirable Assets:

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NABCEP, or equivalent solar certifications).
• Experience with energy storage solutions integrated with Solar PV systems.
• Project management skills and experience.
