Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Structural Design Engineer to join our team at SolarShade. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing solar panel mounting structures and civil foundations. Your role will involve providing structural calculation reports, performing site evaluations, preparing GA and fabrication drawings, and ensuring the stability of structures through comprehensive analysis using STAAD.Pro. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in steel and aluminum structural design.
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with design codes and standards such as ASCE 7, AISC, ACI 318, ASD and AISI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, particularly solar energy.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Located in Amman, Jordan.
