Role Purpose:

Provide Technical Support in PV & BESS utility scale for Egypt Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the HQ product and R&D teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of both hardware and software components.

2. Support Egypt Key Accounts in Utility Scale PV & BESS

3. This role will be engaged with Egypt market and may have several visits to HQ yearly.

4. Work in tandem with the Sungrow product team and the system solution center to draft detailed technical documentation and prepare Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.

5. Regularly travel to present technical solutions, support the sales team by answering technical questions, and participate in customer visits.

6. Provide on-site technical support during the project execution phase as required.

7. Engage directly with customers to address technical inquiries and provide expert guidance on system design.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Renewable Engineering.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, product management, or a related role in the PV inverter or ESS.

3. Experience in drafting technical documentation and preparing RFQ documents.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance on system design.

5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

6. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the energy storage and PV inverter sectors.

7. Willingness to travel regularly within the Egypt for customer visits, presentations, and on-site technical support. Some visits to Middle East HQ and HQ in China will be required

8. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and PVsyst

9. Proficiency in English, Arabic as Mother tongue and French language is a plus
