Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate HSE Professional, you will

• Support risk assessments and hazard identification activities under the guidance of senior HSE professionals.
• Assist in the preparation and review of HSE policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Help monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations by collecting data and reporting observations.
• Participate in incident investigations by gathering information and supporting root cause analysis efforts.
• Support the delivery of HSE training sessions by preparing materials and assisting facilitators.
• Maintain and organize HSE records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Join site safety walks and toolbox talks to observe and learn best practices in real-world settings.
• Contribute to safety campaigns and awareness initiatives, helping to promote a positive safety culture.
• Engage in continuous learning, including relevant certifications and internal development programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how HSE integrates into broader project delivery.
• Assist with environmental monitoring activities, such as data collection for noise, air quality, and waste management.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response planning exercises.

Here’s what you’ll need

Qualifications

• Education Recent graduate or final-year student working toward a degree or master’s degree in health, Safety, and Environment or related.
• Motivation and Curiosity Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful projects.
• Teamwork and Communication Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
