How You’ll Make An Impact
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliable operation of generator units and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including switchgear and power transformers, to minimize downtime and enhance plant availability.
- Lead and supervise Electrical Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance and technical training to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Maintenance Manager to plan and execute maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze faults and defects, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Prepare and submit detailed maintenance reports, procedures, and documentation to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in electrical power engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering, with experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical power systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Commitment to safety and environmental protection, with a thorough understanding of EHS procedures and policies.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with team members, operations teams, and contractors.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
