We are seeking an accomplished and innovative Lead Electrical Engineer with expertise in solar energy projects. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the electrical aspects of solar installations, from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the electrical engineering team in the design, implementation, and optimization of solar energy projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Develop comprehensive electrical designs for solar installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Evaluate and optimize electrical systems to enhance overall project performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Implement innovative solutions to maximize solar energy yield.
• Specify electrical equipment requirements for solar projects.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to select and source appropriate electrical components.
• Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure electrical systems meet regulatory requirements and project standards.
• Stay abreast of industry codes and standards.
• Work closely with civil, mechanical, and environmental engineers to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Coordinate with project managers to align electrical engineering activities with project timelines and goals.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry advancements in solar energy and electrical engineering.
• Integrate innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading electrical engineering teams, preferably in solar energy projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical design principles, power systems, and solar technologies.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.
