Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Senior Solar Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent sales and communication skills to understand customers’ needs, present tailored solutions, and support solar projects from initial proposal to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored solar energy solutions
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client consultations
• Conduct site assessments and prepare complete technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Follow up with clients, resolve inquiries, and provide ongoing technical support
• Identify new business opportunities and track market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in solar sales and technical support (mandatory)
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling sales arguments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales projects
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
