Key responsibilities:
1.Identify and prioritize new business opportunities for the PV & BESS.
2.Establish and nurture partnerships that enhance technical and commercial capabilities of the company.
3.Develop and execute sales strategies to promote PV, BESS, and electrical solutions to commercial and industrial clients.
4.Improve the current Pipe lines and increase Company’s hit rate for Solar PV & BESS, and work to generate new leads.
5.Conduct market research to identify high-potential opportunities and monitor market trends.
6.Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and proposal development for prospective clients.
7.Gather and organize all necessary information for Design and estimation team in order to develop comprehensive and accurate offers.
8.Review and analyze tender documents / request for proposals received by clients. Conduct detailed assessments of technical requirements within tender requests.
9.Work closely with the clients to understand client needs, concerns and their technical requirements.
10.Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
11.Provide insights on technical and commercial aspects, identifying potential risks and opportunities for business.
12.Assess the company’s eligibility for participation in tenders and ensure full compliance with tender requirements.
13.Collaborate internally and closely to support the preparation and submission of proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
14.Present services and solutions to potential clients in order to secure projects.
15. Actively represent the company in forums, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
16. Conduct site assessments and preliminary feasibility studies to determine the suitability of locations for solar installations
17. Support marketing and business development activities, especially with government sector and big companies
18. Build relationships with government and semi government entities.
19. Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
Requirements:
Language: Proficiency in Arabic and business fluent in English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Solar PV field.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles in the renewable energy industry
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), electrical systems, and grid connection.
• Solid understanding of tender processes and proposal preparation
• Good knowledge of PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
• Knowledge of utility interconnection processes and regulatory frameworks in the Saudi market.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and lead generation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking capabilities.
Benefits:
1- (30) days annual leave.
2- Salaries between 6,000 to 7,000 SAR Basic.
