We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Substation and/or Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical liaison between site teams, engineering, procurement, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution of substation or OHTL works.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Monitor project progress and report against key milestones and KPIs.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and follow up with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project coordination.
• Support the site team in resolving technical issues and RFIs (Request for Information).
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance at the site and ensure documentation is in place.
• Participate in FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities as required.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, or civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project engineering role, preferably in substation or OHTL projects.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle, EPC contracts, and utility standards.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, substation layouts, or transmission line components.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera.
• Ability to travel to project sites when needed.
