Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Site Engineers with experience in high-voltage substation and transmission projects. The ideal candidate will oversee installation, commissioning, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage substations and transmission lines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely execution of work.
• Perform technical inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Assist in design review and approval processes to confirm alignment with technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams, ensuring efficient site operations.
• Collaborate with teams on power transmission, protection systems, and grid integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in high-voltage substation and transmission projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical protection systems, SCADA, and relay settings.
• Expertise in material management, site planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of international power standards (IEC, IEEE, NEMA, etc.).
• Ability to manage project schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
