In this crucial role, you will play a vital role in the development, optimization, and scale-up of our chemical processes. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to design and implement innovative solutions, ensuring efficient and safe production of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the research, development, and scale-up of new and existing chemical processes.
• Conduct process simulations and analyze data to optimize production efficiency and yield.
• Design and select equipment for chemical processing units.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flow diagrams, process specifications, and operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to ensure smooth production operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including research and development, production, and quality control.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in chemical engineering technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (required).
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the chemical industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass/heat transfer principles.
• Proficient in the use of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
