Salary Range:
7,000 to 12,000 AED (Depending on Experience) + Benefits
Job Duties:
- Planning and executing virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and conferences with global participants from various stakeholder groups
- Planning and executing corporate communications relevant to events and projects
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for events including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, travel planning, security permits, catering, entertainment, equipment, corporate giftsets and decor
- Serve as liaison to senior-level executives, high-ranking government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process and at the events
- Prepare agendas and briefing materials for events, conferences, and trade shows for internal stakeholders including senior-level executives
- Develop event materials for external stakeholders including media, government officials, and industry leaders
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues
- Support the Corporate Communications team for media outreach, media relations, and media appointments
Skills:
- Pre-production and creative thinking
- Event management skills with a proven track record
- Ability to travel in the MENA region
- Ability to manage camera crews, press, and video editing teams
- Strong written communication skills including creative writing
- Strong Project Management skills
- Ability to manage reservations of venues and hotels, arrange decoration, printing, logistics and international payments
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire to learn and be challenged
- Ability to generate high engagement levels on social media
Qualifications:
- University degree preferably in Marketing related field (not a must, track record speaks better than certificates)
- Event Management, Marketing, and PR courses
- Project Management Certificates like PMP
- English Language C1 level and above
