Responsibility Description

  • This role will be the Business technical support in North African Smart PV Market, the job responsibility involves:
  • 1. Response for key project technical support: competitive analysis, solution architecture design, customer engagement, and guide, make sure Huawei solution more competitive in the project and support project successful;
  • 2. Build a technology ecosystem and influence the solution selection tendency of consulting firms, and key customers, and make sure Huawei can join the project without any limitations;
  • 3. Support key customer meetings, identify customer’s key requirements, promote Huawei solutions and accept positive feedback from the customer side;
  • 4. MKT activity support and act as a speaker for the important event;
  • 5. Marker trend analysis and insight, summarize the value from the local market and promote solution product upgrade and optimization;
  • 6. High-level meetings with government departments or standard organizations, influence and guide policy in the country;

Basic Condition:

  • Bachelor
  • French/Arabic/English: Fluent
  • Years of Work Experience: 10+ years
  • Experience in solar inverter business (Technical director, Presales, or project management);
  • A working experiment in SMA and Sungrow is preferred.

Professional Knowledge

  • Comprehensive knowledge about solar plant and its subsystem, including PV panel system, electrical distribution system, management, cabling, etc.
  • Familiar with inverter technology and know the difference between mainstream products;

Business Skill

  • You will have been successful in conceptual sales or solutions sales will be considered.
  • Ability to establish CXO-level relationship
  • Industry, technology, and customer insight;
  • Experience selling solutions with alliance partners
  • Strong contract negotiations and closing skills
  • Superior presentation development and delivery skills
  • In-depth experience including RFI/RFP proposal strategy, management, and response
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, and third-party solutions.
  • To be successful you will relate to internal and external clients at all levels, and communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal and organizational communication skills are expected.
