Job description:

Job Purpose

This position exists to perform Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.

Functional Responsibilities

Managing alfanar Authority Matrix:

  • Handling all Nominated Names requests from whole alfanar Group
  • Validate the requirements with business cooperation
  • Receiving requirement from different business / authority development team to update related Z tables/Matrix and nominated names in critical workflow such as but not limited to:

– LG Matrix: Letter of Guarantee issuance work flow update
– SADAD: SADAD workflow updates
– Auto Payments: Automatic Payment Workflow approvals
– Release Strategy: PR & PO workflow updates
– VIM Matrix: Vendor Invoice Management Financial Approval Limits

– Cost Center: Cost Center with related owner workflow updates.

  • To support business & trouble shoot in case of any issues to run business smoothly
  • Support the business by assessing the risks related to Nominated Names & Corelated jobs
  • To ensure the compliance of policy/ procedure with existing workflow tables
  • To fill the gaps of Nominated Names approved matrix maintaining all the tables by proper documenting
  • Coordinate with business / authority development team to obtain the proper approval on authority matrix documents
  • Archiving all approved documents related to table which are maintained.
  • suggest enhancement to streamline the process of the delegations & nominations through digital solutions

Monitoring Authority Process:

  • Validation of users Active/ Inactive on SAP-ECC Production system
  • Proactively inform business to provide alternative of inactive users to maintain authority matrix up to date
  • Comparing the release strategy technical design with approved matrix
  • Administrate the ITSM related to GRC workflow.

  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.


  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
