The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years’ of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2022 & 2023 Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review order master production schedule and develop the project plan to ensure meeting the contracted delivery date
• Follow up with different departments on the preparation of the technical and financial specifications and the delivery dates
• Follow up with the Sales department on the status of the delivery order
• Prepare reports on the reasons of non-execution of the delivery order
• Prepare the strength and weakness reports for the factory’s functions
• Maintain the coding system for the standard projects and report it on monthly basis to the Sales department
• Assist in the dispatching plan, process delivery, invoices and deliverables
• Communicate with Sales department regarding project amendments and liaise with the concerned functions
• Coordinate with the dispatching, logistics, sales quality control, production and the aftersales functions on the exit of the product from the facility to the client
• Communicate with the Logistics department on the readiness of the product to be delivered to the customer
• Receive customer complaints and communicate them with the related functions
• Follow up on the collection process

You are a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 0-2 Years of Experience in a relevant field
• Professional verbal & written English
• Strong presentation skills
• MS Office Proficiency
• AutoCAD Proficiency
• MS Project knowledge is a plus
