Job Description:

As an Operations Manager at, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operations cycle . You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar ,renewable energy and wind projects.

Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Develop and implement safety protocols and quality standards.

Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in operations management within the solar-renewable energy industry.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
