About the job

Mainly responsible for all digital and local media communication, includes material drafting, agency cooperation, data tracking, propaganda updating.

Design and implement digital media strategy aligned with business targets focusing on Middle east and Africa area.

Participates in the design of go-to-market plans, targeted customer and marketing campaigns such as partner program and directly manage the implementation in market

Play a key role in tri-party communication, includes our internal team, customer and media, to get clear target.

Coordinates with field sales teams to design, implement and support market growth and retention activities locally

Forward thinking — anticipates needs of the business based on response and market data and takes appropriate action

Understand and monitor lead flow needs for the sales channels and adjust plans as needed

Work closely with sales team and partner marketing teams to drive marketing strategy.

Reporting. Analyse, evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand, products, solutions and services

Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels

Address advertising needs

Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic and a strong, long-term web presence

All other duties as assigned

Preferred Educational Background:

  • Requires a master/bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

Preferred Experiential Background:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing preferably in solar, electronics or home application industry in Middle East and Africa area. Well experienced in cooperation with PR Agency to develop and maintain relationships with local and international media.
  • Experience in developing marketing communications programs and materials.
  • Solid experience with targeted marketing programs and tactics, comfortable working with data to define target groups.
  • Ability to evaluate marketing efforts to determine attribution and ROI
  • Excellent writing skills with proven ability to write/edit a variety of marketing communication pieces.Deep experience in channel and new markets development, strong media sense and media relationship.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong relationship management skills, highly driven and proactive.
  • Good knowledge and skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • English proficiency. Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
