Your Role
Introduction And Job Description
The selected candidate shall be responsible for developing profitable sales contributing to the business of Industrial Air Division within the UAE, Candidate shall meet company goals in terms of sales volume, profitability while extending our reach to new customer base and serving existing customers with our extensive product portfolio.
This position reports to Business Line Manager – Industrial Air Division.
The main responsibility of the successful candidate shall be:
- Implement division’s sales and marketing strategy locally
- Achieve sales targets by promoting our portfolio to our current and new customers within
assigned territory
- Ensure each product is given the fair chance in the market
- Increase the market share in the assigned territory through efficient and proactive sales management approach.
- Regular updated market / competitor feedback / knowledge of products
- Timely reporting as per requirement by Business Line Manager on all sales related activities and market information
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customer
- Provide timely accurate sales forecast using the CRM tool
- Enhance and develop a good working relation with colleagues with the team and extend of other division to harvest on synergies
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving
the agreed business objectives
- Support sales process through effective provision of sales data, including the visits and sales tools which are recorded and actioned in reports using CRM system
- Be open to all types of sales calls / channels (in person or digital)
- Always be updated on the products features and benefits to sell value
- Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the
required customer satisfaction.
To succeed, you will need
Experience Requirements
- Excellent proven sales experience from similar position with a minimum experience of 3 years in
sales of high quality industrial machines, and/or preferably air compressors.
- Atlas Copco experience shall be considered as an advantage
Knowledge and Competences
- Knowledge of the market in UAE is a must
- Candidate must be fluent in verbal & written English
- Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required
- Knowledge of Arabic will be considered as additional plus
- Good technical and engineering background
- Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions
Educational Requirements
Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
