Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales targets of smart PV solutions. (including BESS)
- Gain insight into the PV market and industry trends, develop and implement expansion strategies.
- Understand customer requirements, identify customer pain points related to products, and formulate strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Act as the propagandist of the value of Huawei smart PV plant solution, plan value presentation, technical communication, and special branding activities, and guide customers to accept Huawei smart PV solution.
- Be responsible for bidding document guidance, bid reply, and shipment forecast.
- Participate in customer relationship development and project operation.”
- Have knowledge of smart PV products and solutions, processes, and methods. PVsyst is a must.
- Have a proficient command of and apply the basic product principles and knowledge of the product domain.
- Familiar with energy industry and technical background.”
Key Competencies/Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Graduation Certificate, Degree Certificate)
- Five years or more of experience in solution work.
- Bonus points for developer and EPC experience.
- Be proficient in English and be able to use it as a working language. Bonus points for other languages like Arabic and Spanish.
- Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills
