Job Summary

This is a sales functional roles responsible to formulate, implement & execute sales & business development activities as well as ensuring smooth operation OTC for the assigned product(s) in the defined regions.

How You Can Be the Impact

(Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop short & mid terms sales & marketing strategy for his/her assigned products & regions, plan & implementing it under the guidance of team leader and contributing to Global BU result.
  • To identify potential new customer/new application or new segment and be able to build a collaborative partnerships with both internal (Technical Marketing, Business Unit, Product Stewardship, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to drive for SABIC footprint growth.
  • Achieving sales target, negotiate all spot & term contracts with commercial conditions that are in accordance with the set business strategy, business plan, company policies, local regulatory to ensure maximum value creation and SABIC profitability are fully met.
  • Be able to maintain and strengthen close relationship with customers at all levels with strong focus on business excellence to drive for customer intimacy, resolutions on issues or concerns to support the achievement of the business objectives.
  • Facilitating technical seminars or conference and customer events to develop SABIC branding.

What Matters to SABIC

(Job Requirements)

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economics, Agriculture, business or Equivalent
  • 7 years experience in Agri Nutrients / Petrochemicals sales or business management
