Job Title: Strategy & Projects Unit Head

Department / Group: Business Management – COO

Responsibilities:

• Oversee COO project and provide regular updates.
• Provides support to Head of COO Business Management to ensure optimal investment of IT, Capital, Staff and other resources.
• Develops and assist in embedding key processes/tools such as investment prioritization approach, business case and benefit case realization/tracking across portfolios.
• Manage key business change and strategic program initiatives across.
• Develops and governs an integrated business change and investment roadmap, with clearly defined benefit outcomes aligned to COO Strategy.
• Develops case realization tracking across the COO portfolios.
• Providing full visibility of all projects associated with initiatives including IT, Transformation, Distribution.
• Preparing for and managing Business Change and Strategy meetings, committees & other ad-hoc meetings.
• Providing a key point of contact with Transformation, Operations, IT and Finance.
• Track and report key change initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• + 10 years of experience in Strategy, Planning and Project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
• Solid experience in portfolio management / project management is required.
