Responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives across venues. This role focuses on reducing environmental impact, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering sustainable practices. The Sustainability Manager will work closely with venue management teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of operations, from waste management to energy efficiency.

Develop and implement sustainability strategies:

• Strategy Creation: Formulate comprehensive sustainability plans that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Initiative Oversight: Supervise the execution of sustainability projects focused on waste reduction, energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable sourcing.
• Policy Development: Establish and enforce policies related to sustainability practices and operational procedures.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of sustainability strategies.
• Goal Setting: Define clear, measurable objectives and targets for sustainability initiatives.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and analyze data on energy consumption, waste management, and carbon emissions.
• Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on sustainability performance, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and make informed recommendations.
• Benchmarking: Compare performance metrics against industry standards and organizational goals to gauge success.
• Communication: Share sustainability performance results with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Innovation:
