We are seeking a Senior Manager – PV to serve as ACWA Power’s technical lead for photovoltaic (PV) engineering. This role provides subject matter expertise across the project lifecycle, from technical bid input to project execution and operational performance, ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient solar plant design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, configuration, and simulations (PVsyst) for PV projects
• Review EPC deliverables, performance guarantees, and technical appendices
• Evaluate equipment and advise on optimal technologies (modules, inverters, trackers)
• Support bid presentations and technical risk assessments
• Analyse operating data to drive improvements and feed lessons into future bids
• Monitor emerging PV technologies and advise on commercial feasibility
• Guide EPC and O&M teams during execution and operations

Requirements:

• 5–10 years’ experience in solar PV and utility-scale renewable projects
• Degree in Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred
• Strong background in PV system design, performance modelling, and equipment selection
• Confident presenter with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
