Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, Arabic-speaking Sales Professional with 4–5 years of experience in the solar energy sector, specializing in distribution channel sales across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing distributors, partners, and resellers, building strong regional relationships, and driving revenue growth through channel-led sales strategies.

This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, strong market knowledge of the Middle East solar landscape, and the flexibility to travel frequently within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to expand market presence across Middle Eastern countries
  • Identify, onboard, manage, and grow relationships with distributors, channel partners, and resellers
  • Achieve sales targets through effective distributor management and partner enablement
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and agreements with channel partners
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales pipelines, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Conduct regular partner reviews, training sessions, and product presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales operations, logistics, finance, and technical teams) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management

Key Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry
  • Strong background in distribution channel sales within the Middle East
  • Demonstrated experience managing distributors, dealers, partners, and resellers
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Strong understanding of solar products, solutions, and regional market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional accounts
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in solar modules, inverters, batteries, or balance-of-system components
  • Existing distributor or EPC network across GCC / Middle East markets
  • Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks and project tendering processes
